What to include

Vortex Shift - bug reportYour device and browser, what you were doing (level, boss, ship) and what happened. If a score was rejected, the time of the run helps: the server keeps validated run logs for two weeks.
Vortex Shift - account helpYour username. Never send your password. Password resets are self-service from the login screen if your account has an email; accounts without one cannot be recovered.
I'm Earning - supportYour Android version and the app version from the Play Store listing, plus a description or screenshot.
Privacy requestsAccess, export or erasure of your data, for either project. Vortex Shift accounts can also be deleted directly in the game (OPTIONS → DELETE ACCOUNT). Details in each project's privacy policy: Vortex Shift, I'm Earning.
